This policy applies to the ByteGlean Site, the live demo, and our services. It exists so our tools are used lawfully and responsibly.

You may

  • Use the demo and our services on data you own or are authorized to access.
  • Extract publicly available information in compliance with applicable law and the target’s terms.

You may not

  • Submit URLs, or request work, for sites you are not authorized to access.
  • Circumvent authentication, paywalls, or access controls, or access data behind a login without authorization.
  • Collect, store, or resell personal data in violation of privacy law.
  • Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate confidential information.
  • Target unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Overload, disrupt, probe, or attempt to break the demo, the Site, or any third-party service.
  • Use the demo for automated or bulk extraction — it is for evaluation only.

How we work

We work only with public or client-authorized data, respect site terms where they bind, do not bypass logins or paywalls, and do not resell personal data. We may refuse, rate-limit, or terminate any use that violates this policy or that we reasonably believe is unlawful or abusive.
